Happy Monday. Today has been an eventful day! Lots going on, I have now gone through two cleanses, and today was a shake day. I have lost a total of 9 lbs and 38,5 inches down.
Today was a good day overall, running kids all over. I found a new chiropractor that I will be going to more. She says that they problem with my thyroid is some do to my neck and back bone. I have to find a yoga class and do some exercises. My food is getting easier, i have cute all coffee out of my diet and still working on getting rid of milk and salt. Here is my dinner its pretty good.

After the cleanse
Today is Monday, and I had my first cleanse on the Body Challenge this weekend.
Now I want to be VERY clear I have tons of work to get done. I feel very good about what is happening.
I have been on the challenge for a total of 4 days and lost 7 lbs and 18 inches, I have not started working out since starting the challenge. But really looking forward to what will happen.

Results Start
Day two of my body challenge.
Today was a great day. I woke earlier and got better sleep. Also my stomach is doing much better.
I really need to start getting some exercise. Right now I am watching basket ball with my daughter and son. Not that I like this game heck to the no. but I don't get time with my oldest son as much as I would like. Tomorrow is the cleanse, I am a little nervous about starting it. I will be meeting with some of my friends in the morning. THat might be a challenge since they will be eating breakfast.
Here are my goals for the next two weeks.
1. Lose 10 more lbs ( I am down a total of 4.8 )
2, Start working out
3. Do 2 cleanses
4. Get my bathroom more regualar
5 Remove all sugar from my diet,.

The Challenge Begins
Wooo Hooo!!!! Well it has started!
Today was my first day on the challenge. I am excited to see what is going to happen. I have waited for so long for this to start. One of hardest things was to find the USA TODAY newspaper I did not know where to get it so it took me 3 days to find it. I actually have been doing the shakes for two days I just could not find a silly newspaper. But I finally have the pictures taken with the newspaperI am starting my body challenge 2013!!!
I am replacing two meals with shakes and have two snacks and another meal , The hard part has been trying to get more water drank. My stomach always hurts and I don't have good poops according to Dr Oz, But I am hoping this will change that.I have will be doing my first cleanse on Friday and Saturday. I will post the first pictures that have to start this later. My first goal is to get below under 220 by the end of the week.
